These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kasa Essentials website, operated by Kasa Essentials Pty Ltd (ABN 85 701 229 718, ACN 701 229 718), and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.
Except as set out below, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the following:
This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (for customers in Australia) or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (for customers in New Zealand). Both provide guarantees that cannot be excluded, regardless of any policy on this page.
🇦🇺 Australia — FREE shipping. Free standard shipping Australia-wide. Available only on orders containing the Kasa Limited Release Edition. Express shipping, where offered, is not included and is charged separately. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another shipping promotion.
🇳🇿 New Zealand — 50% OFF shipping. New Zealand customers receive 50% off the applicable standard shipping charge. The discount applies to shipping only, not to the product purchase price. Available only on the Kasa Limited Release Edition. Express or premium delivery options are excluded unless specifically stated. The discounted rate is shown and applied at checkout.
Any New Zealand import duties, GST, customs charges or other destination charges, where applicable, remain the customer's responsibility.
Limited release. Both the Australian free-shipping offer and the New Zealand 50%-off-shipping offer are available only during the Kasa Limited Release Edition release period, and only while allocated stock lasts. We may withdraw or vary these offers at any time before an order is placed.
An additional pre-order offer is available at launch to police and emergency services, healthcare workers, teachers and educators, and community and service workers.
To claim it, contact us before placing your order — by email at info@kasaessentials.com or by direct message on our social channels — and we'll confirm eligibility and send the offer details. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed, and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless we state otherwise.
Orders are packed and dispatched by the Kasa team in Melbourne, and we currently ship to Australia and New Zealand. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. New Zealand orders may be subject to local duties or taxes, which are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery, but colours and details may vary slightly from what's shown due to display settings or production variation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasa Essentials Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms limits any non-excludable rights a New Zealand consumer has under New Zealand law.
