1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kasa Essentials website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are shown in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Sales Are Final

Except as set out below, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

4. Faulty Items

If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, subject to the following:

• You must contact us within 1 month (30 days) of the delivery date.
• You must provide proof of purchase and evidence of the fault (such as clear photos or video).
• The fault must not result from misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

This policy operates alongside, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which provides guarantees that cannot be excluded regardless of any policy on this page.

5. Shipping

Orders are packed and dispatched by the Kasa team in Melbourne. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Product Descriptions

We aim for accurate product descriptions and imagery, but colours and details may vary slightly from what's shown due to display settings or production variation.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kasa Essentials is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
